- Choose your water system name under “Department to Contact.”
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your phone number.
- Under Account number, type “New Service.”
- Enter the service address.
- Under Subject, type “New Account.”
- In the message area, let us know when you took ownership or began renting. Also, let us know if your mailing address is different from your service address.
